Standard session rate is $150
Sessions are 50 minutes in length
Payment is accepted via major credit card, health savings account (HSA), Zelle, or cash.

Therapy at Windy can benefit anyone who is struggling with a mental health challenge, life circumstance, relationship, or looking to improve their overall well-being. I provide individual sessions for adults and youth.

In your first therapy session, we will start to build a foundation of comfort, safety, and rapport. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will engage in exploratory discussion to gain a holistic picture of your personal culture, environmental circumstances, interpersonal connections, symptoms, etc. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. We will work together to develop a plan that works for you.
