I became a psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping others unlock their innate potential for healing. I love supporting clients to discover their strengths and uncover options available to them for change. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic mental health concerns.
Wind represents change, flexibility, and is allusive/intangible as mental health can be. Windy feels fresh, dynamic, and has a whimsical feel that captures our unique authenticity.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment that promotes a sense of safety.

In your first therapy session, we will start to build a foundation of comfort, safety, and rapport. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will engage in exploratory discussion to gain a holistic picture of your personal culture, environmental circumstances, interpersonal connections, symptoms, etc.
The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. We will work together to develop a plan that works for you.
